Robert D. Pearson is a principal and executive at NuRide Transportation Group, a leader in transportation logistics in the New York Metropolitan Area. At NuRide, Rob oversees organizational development and strategic growth of all business lines.
Prior to joining NuRide, Rob’s background was as a successful attorney and entrepreneur with a focus on real estate. As an attorney in private practice, Rob worked as a litigator and corporate counsel representing prominent individuals and companies in various industries including, among others: real estate, technology, entertainment, and security. His success in practice led to his being recognized as a “Super Lawyer, Rising Star,” four times. In entrepreneurship, his focus was primarily on technology and real estate, co-founding multiple successful start-ups. In the real estate industry, he has participated in acquisitions and development projects for more than a decade and currently serves as chairman of the board of the National Realty Club, a not-for-profit organization founded in 1947.
Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. He has studied comparative politics and law at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Barcelona while earning those degrees, respectively. More recently he completed an executive master degree in organizational leadership from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin and an executive master degree in change leadership from Columbia University in the City of New York.
